‘असीम मुनीर ने कराई थी डील’
खबरों के मुताबिक, इस महत्वपूर्ण सौदे पर हस्ताक्षर करने के लिए अमेरिका से एक उच्च-स्तरीय टीम इस्लामाबाद पहुंची थी, जिसका नेतृत्व कंपनी के संस्थापक ज़ैकरी विटकॉफ ने किया। ज़ैकरी, डोनाल्ड ट्रंप के लंबे समय से कारोबारी साझेदार और वर्तमान में अमेरिका के मध्य पूर्व के विशेष दूत स्टीव विटकॉफ के बेटे हैं। इस टीम का व्यक्तिगत रूप से स्वागत पाकिस्तान के सेना प्रमुख असीम मुनीर ने किया। इसके बाद एक गोपनीय बैठक हुई, जिसमें प्रधानमंत्री शहबाज शरीफ और असीम मुनीर दोनों मौजूद थे। इस बैठक के बाद सौदा अंतिम रूप से तय हुआ।
‘पाक-अमेरिका की सौदे की शर्तें’
पाकिस्तान की क्रिप्टो काउंसिल और वर्ल्ड लिबर्टी फाइनेंशियल की जारी एक संयुक्त बयान के अनुसार, इस समझौते के तहत वर्ल्ड लिबर्टी फाइनेंशियल को पाकिस्तान के वित्तीय संस्थानों में ब्लॉकचेन तकनीक को एकीकृत करने की अनुमति दी गई है। इसमें संपत्तियों का टोकनाइजेशन, विभिन्न प्रकार की स्टेबलकॉइन का विकास और विकेंद्रीकृत वित्त (DeFi) परियोजनाओं के लिए रेगुलेटरी सैंडबॉक्स की सुविधा शामिल की गईं हैं। इस सौदे का उद्देश्य पाकिस्तान में “वित्तीय समावेशन और डिजिटल परिवर्तन” को बढ़ावा देना बताया जा रहा है।
पहलगाम में आतंकी हमले और ऑपरेशन सिंदूर के बाद इस डील पर कड़ी नजर
पाहलगाम में हुए आतंकवादी हमले और भारत की सैन्य कार्रवाई ‘ऑपरेशन सिंदूर’ के बाद इस सौदे पर कड़ी निगरानी रखी जा रही है। इस पर प्रतिक्रिया देते हुए वर्ल्ड लिबर्टी फाइनेंशियल ने एक प्रेस नोट जारी कर कहा कि इस समझौते के पीछे “कोई राजनीतिक मंशा नहीं” है। हालांकि, ट्रंप परिवार और व्हाइट हाउस ने इस मुद्दे पर अब तक कोई टिप्पणी नहीं की है। फिर भी, ट्रंप परिवार से जुड़ी इस कंपनी और पाकिस्तान सरकार के बीच सौदा कराने वाले असीम मुनीर के संबंध को लेकर कई तरह की चर्चाएं चल रही हैं।
