प्रयाग भारत, लखीमपुर खीरी : थाना फूलबेहड़ के गांव सिंगारपुर में स्थित एक मुर्गी फार्म में मंगलवार की रात भीषण आग लग गई। इससे उसमें पल रहे 1700 चूजों की जिंदा जलकर मौत हो गई। सूचना पर पहुंची फायर बिग्रेड ने आग बुझाई। आग लगने की वजह साफ नहीं हो सकी है।
शहर के मोहल्ला निर्मलनगर निवासी आर्यन का मुर्गी फार्म सिंगारपुर में है। मुर्गी फार्म मालिक आर्यन ने बताया कि फार्म में 1700 चूजे पल रहे थे। इसके साथ ही उसमें चूजों का भारी मात्रा में दाना भी रखा हुआ था। मंगलवार की देर रात अज्ञात कारणों से मुर्गी फार्म में आग लग गई। भीषण आग की लपटों को देख गांव में भी अफरा-तफरी मच गई।
बड़ी संख्या में ग्रामीण मौके पर पहुंच गए, लेकिन आग विकराल होने के कारण वह असहाय रहे। सूचना पर महेवागंज चौकी पुलिस और फायर बिग्रेड मौके पर पहुंची। फायर बिग्रेड के कर्मचारियों ने आग बुझाई। आग से सभी 1700 चूजे जिंदा जलकर कर मर गए। वहीं चूजों का दाना भी जलकर राख हो गया। आग लगने की वजह साफ नहीं हो सकी है। पुलिस जांच कर रही है।
