प्रयाग भारत, देहरादून: कोतवाली पटेल नगर क्षेत्र में एक महिला ने लिव इन पार्टनर पर शादी का झांसा देकर 13 साल तक शारीरिक शोषण करने का आरोप लगाया है. महिला का आरोप है कि अब वो अपनी 10 साल की जैविक बेटी के साथ भी अश्लील हरकतें कर रहा है. पटेल नगर कोतवाली पुलिस ने मुकदमा दर्ज कर जांच शुरू कर दी है.
लिव इन पार्टनर के खिलाफ मुकदमा दर्ज: आईएसबीटी क्षेत्र निवासी एक महिला ने शिकायत दर्ज कराई है कि साल 2012 में उसकी जान पहचान क्षेत्र के ही एक शख्स से हुई थी. उस शख्स ने पहले दोस्ती की. फिर उसे प्रेम जाल में फंसा लिया. महिला का आरोप है कि उसने शादी का झांसा देकर उसके साथ शारीरिक संबंध बना लिए. ये पता चलने पर पीड़ित महिला के घरवालों ने उसे घर से निकाल कर रिश्ता तोड़ लिया.
शादी का झांसा देकर शारीरिक शोषण का आरोप: इसके बाद महिला कमरा लेकर रहने लगी. लिव इन पार्टनर शादी का झांसा देकर शारीरिक संबंध बनाता रहा. 2015 में वो गर्भवती हो गई. महिला का कहना है कि नवंबर 2015 में उसने एक बच्ची को जन्म दिया तो उसने फिर से लिव इन पार्टनर से शादी करने को कहा. लेकिन वो बहाने बनाता रहा. इसी दौरान महिला को पता चला कि उसका लिव इन पार्टनर पहले से ही शादीशुदा है. उसके दो बच्चे भी हैं.
जैविक बेटी से भी अश्लील हरकत करने का आरोप: महिला का आरोप है कि जब वो शादी के लिए बहाने बनाता रहा तो उसने उसे छोड़ देने को कहा. इस पर वो पीड़िता के साथ गाली-गलौज और मारपीट करने लगा. महिला का आरोप है कि आरोपी का भाई पार्षद है. उसे वह इसी बात को लेकर धमकाता. महिला का आरोप है कि अब वो उसकी 10 साल की जैविक बेटी से भी अश्लील हरकतें करने लगा है. मना करने पर जान से मारने की धमकी देता है.
