प्रयाग भारत, लखीमपुर खीरी: थाना नीमगांव के गांव सनिगवां के मजरा इंदिरानगर में शनिवार तड़के एक घर में आग लग गई। इससे गांव में अफरा-तफरी मच गई। आग बुझाने के प्रयास में दो लोग झुलस गए। जबकि 15 बकरियां जिंदा जलकर मर गईं। 70 हजार रुपये की नकदी समेत करीब तीन लाख रुपये का सामान जलकर नष्ट हो गया। मकान मालिक ने रंजिशन आग लगाए जाने का आरोप लगाया है और पुलिस को तहरीर दी है।
गांव इंदिरानगर निवासी महबूब पुत्र बराती ने बताया कि घटना सुबह करीब पांच बजे की है। परिवार के अधिकतर सदस्य सो रहे थे। इसी बीच उनके घर में आग लग गई। आंच लगने पर आग लगने की जानकारी हुई। सभी लोग जैसे-तैसे शोर शराबा करते हुए जान बचाकर घर के बाहर भागे।
जब तक ग्रामीण कुछ समझ पाते और मौके पर पहुंचते इससे पहले ही आग ने विकराल रूप ले लिया। इससे गांव में अफरातफरी मच गई। आग बढ़ने की आशंका पर आसपास के तमाम लोग अपने घरों का सामान निकालकर सुरक्षित स्थानों पर पहुंचाने लगे। पुलिस और फियर बिग्रेड को सूचना देते हुए ग्रामीण आग बुझाने की कोशिश करने लगे। सूचना पाकर पुलिस भी मौके पर पहुंच गई। हालांकि फायर बिग्रेड के पहुंचने से पहले ही ग्रामीणों ने आग पर काबू पा लिया।
