प्रयाग भारत, देहरादून: थाना नेहरू कॉलोनी अंतर्गत 9वीं की छात्रा ने 12वीं कक्षा के छात्र पर दुष्कर्म करने का आरोप लगाया है. छात्रा की तबीयत खराब होने पर परिजन उसे इलाज के लिए डॉक्टर के पास ले गए थे, जहां जांच में छात्रा 6 महीने की गर्भवती निकली. जिसके बाद छात्रा के परिजनों ने आरोपी छात्र के खिलाफ पुलिस में तहरीर दी. तहरीर के आधार में पुलिस ने आरोपी छात्र को हिरासत में लेकर किशोर न्यायालय में पेश करने के बाद बाल सुधार गृह हरिद्वार भेज दिया गया है.
परिजनों ने पुलिस को शिकायत दर्ज कराई कि 15 वर्षीय किशोरी 9वीं कक्षा में पढ़ती है और उसी स्कूल में एक किशोर 12वीं कक्षा का छात्र है. दोनों में बातचीत होती थी और घर नजदीक होने के चलते एक साथ ही स्कूल भी जाया करते थे. किशोर किशोरी को स्कूल से इधर-उधर घूमने के लिए ले जाता था. आरोप है कि किशोर ने किशोरी के साथ एक साल के भीतर कई बार दुष्कर्म किया.
बीते दिनों किशोरी की अचानक तबीयत खराब हुई तो परिजन उसे इलाज के लिए अस्पताल ले गए और जांच में पता चला कि वह 6 महीने की गर्भवती है. परिजनों ने जब किशोरी से पूछा तो उसने पूरी कहानी बताई और इसके बाद परिजन पुलिस थाने पहुंचे और तहरीर देकर मामले में कार्रवाई करने की मांग की. तहरीर के आधार पर किशोर के खिलाफ मुकदमा दर्ज कर हिरासत में ले लिया गया है.
