प्रयाग भारत, बरेली : प्रदेश में सबसे ज्यादा रेट पर ठेका देने के बावजूद शहर में बंदरों का आतंक कम नहीं हुआ। मंगलवार को नगर निगम से कुछ ही दूर कालीबाड़ी में 61 वर्षीय जगदीश को बंदरों ने हमला कर तीसरी मंजिल से नीचे गिरा दिया। उनकी मौके पर ही मौत हो गई। इलाके में रोज बंदरों के हमले से जूझ रहे लोगों में इस घटना के बाद नगर निगम के खिलाफ गुस्सा और बढ़ गया है।
जगदीश मंगलवार दोपहर अपने घर की तीसरी मंजिल पर थे। इसी दौरान बंदरों का एक झुंड अचानक उन पर टूट पड़ा। बंदरों के धक्के और नोंच-खसोट से बदहवास जगदीश तीसरे मंजिल से घर के सामने आरसीसी रोड पर आ गिरे। परिवार के लोग उन्हें अस्पताल ले गए जहां उन्हें मृत घोषित कर दिया गया। जगदीश अपने घर के मुखिया थे और प्रॉपर्टी की खरीद-फरोख्त का काम करते थे।
लोगों में गुस्सा, बोले- एक बार भी नहीं आई बंदर पकड़ने वाली टीम
बंदरों के हमले में जगदीश की मौत की घटना से मोहल्ले के लोगों में भारी गुस्सा फैल गया। उनका कहना था कि बंदरों के आतंक से हर कोई परेशान है। नगर निगम ने ठेका दिया लेकिन उनके इलाके में एक बार टीम बंदर पकड़ने नहीं आई। बंदर आए दिन लोगों पर हमला करते हैं। बुजुर्गों और बच्चों का घर से निकलना दूभर है। पार्षद हरिशंकर लोधी ने भी कहा कि उनके वार्ड से एक भी बंदर नहीं पकड़ा गया। वह नगर निगम में शिकायत करेंगे।
