प्रयाग भारत, प्रयागराज : महाकुंभ जा रहे छत्तीसगढ़ के श्रद्धालुओं की कार प्रयागराज-मिर्जापुर हाईवे पर बस से भिड़ गई. हादसा मेजा इलाके में शुक्रवार की रात 2 बजे हुआ. हादसे में कार सवार छत्तीसगढ़ के सभी 10 श्रद्धालुओं की मौत हो गई. वहीं बस सवार मध्य प्रदेश के 19 श्रद्धालु भी घायल हो गए. हादसे के बाद मौके पर चीख-पुकार मच गई. पुलिस ने घायलों को अस्पताल में भर्ती कराया है.
छत्तीसगढ़ के कोरबा जिले के रहने वाले 10 लोग बोलेरो से महाकुंभ स्नान के लिए निकले थे. कार की स्पीड काफी ज्यादा थी. रात करीब 2 बजे कार प्रयागराज-मिर्जापुर हाईवे से होकर गुजर रही थी. इस दौरान मेजा इलाके में मध्य प्रदेश के राजगढ़ जिले के रहने वाले श्रद्धालुओं से भरी बस से कार की जबरदस्त टक्कर हो गई. बस सवार संगम स्नान के बाद वाराणसी जा रहे थे.
कार और बस सवार घायलों को अस्पताल भिजवाया गया. चिकित्सकों ने कार सवार सभी 10 लोगों को मृत घोषित कर दिया. वहीं बस सवार 19 घायलों का इलाज चल रहा है. हादसे के बाद प्रयागराज पुलिस आयुक्त तरुण गाबा और डीएम रवींद्र कुमार मांदड़ भी मौके पर पहुंच कर घटना की जानकारी ली.
पुलिस कमिश्नर तरुण गाबा ने बताया कि हादसे में बोलेरो सवार 10 लोगों की मौत हुई है. बस सवार कुछ लोग मामूली रूप से घायल हुए हैं. नजदीकी अस्पताल में उपचार के बाद उन्हें गंतव्य के लिए भेजा जा रहा है. मृतकों के परिजनों को सूचना दे दी गई है. वह आ रहे हैं.
मेजा थाने के प्रभारी इंस्पेक्टर राजेश उपाध्याय ने बताया कि भीषण एक्सीडेंट में 10 लोगों की मौत हुई है. पुलिस ने मौके पर पहुंचकर घायलों को स्थानीय अस्पताल भिजवाया. पुलिस पूरे मामले की जांच कर रही है. शवों की शिनाख्त के प्रयास किए जा रहे हैं. घायलों के बारे में भी जानकारी जुटाई जा रही है.
सीएम योगी आदित्यनाथ ने हादसे का संज्ञान लिया है. उन्होंने शोक संतप्त परिवारों के प्रति संवेदना जताई है. इसके अलावा जिला प्रशासन के अधिकारियों को घायलों का समुचित इलाज कराने के निर्देश दिए. उन्होंने घायलों के जल्द स्वस्थ होने की कामना की है.
