दिल्ली की तिहाड़ जेल हमेशा सुर्खियों पर बनी हुई है। वहीं इस बार तिहाड़ जेल में वर्ष 2019 के बाद भर्तियां हुई है जिसकी वजह से यह एक बार फिर से सुर्खियों में बनी हुई है। दिल्ली सब-ऑर्डिनेट सर्विसेज सेलेक्शन बोर्ड (डीएसएसएसबी) ने हाल ही में वर्ष 2019 के बाद से हुई नियुक्तियों की बॉयोमेट्रिक वेरिफिकेशन ड्राइव चलाया।
बॉयोमेट्रिक वेरिफिकेशन ड्राइव नवंबर माह में शुरू की गई थी इस ड्राइव के परिणामों ने अधिकारियों के होश उड़ा दिए, क्योंकि रिक्रूटमेंट के समय कैंडिडेट के लिए गए बॉयोमेट्रिक सैंपल अब लिए गए 47 नियुक्तियों के बायोमेट्रिक सैंपल से मैच नहीं खाए हैं।
तिहाड़ जेल के डीजी संदीप गोयल ने बताया कि इस मामले में अभी डीएसएसएसबी की फाइनल रिपोर्ट आनी है फाइनल रिपोर्ट आने के बाद ही आगे की कार्रवाई की जाएगी।हालांकि प्रसाशन ने शुरुआती कार्रवाई करते हुए इन सभी अधिकारियों की सैलरी रोक दी है। वहीं इन्हें शो कॉज नोटिस भी जारी किया गया है।
