प्रयाग भारत, चंडीगढ़: भारत और पाकिस्तान के बीच युद्ध जैसे हालात बने हुए हैं। दोनों देशों के बीच चल रहे तनाव के बाद पंजाब व हरियाणा की राजधानी चंडीगढ़ में स्कूल, कॉलेज और अन्य शिक्षण संस्थान 12 मई तक बंद कर दिए गए हैं। वहीं ट्राईसिटी (चंडीगढ़, पंचकूला, मोहाली) में भी हाई अलर्ट है। ऐसे में चंडीगढ़ प्रशासन ने चंडीगढ़ के सभी मार्केट, शॉपिंग मॉल को शाम 7 बजे बंद करने का आदेश जारी किया है। इसके अलावा पटाखे और आतिशबाजी पर भी रोक लगा दी गई है। पंचकूला में भी जिला प्रशासन ने शाम 6 बजे से सभी दुकानों को बंद करने का फैसला लिया है। हालांकि जरूरी सामान जैसे मेडिकल स्टोर खुले रहेंगे। वहीं मोहाली में रात 8 बजे सभी बाजार बंद हो जाएंगे।
चंडीगढ़ ट्रांसपोर्ट अंडरटेकिंग (सीटीयू) ने जम्मू और कटड़ा के लिए अपनी बस सेवाएं बंद कर दी हैं। चंडीगढ़ व आसपास के इलाकों से कॉलेज के छात्र घरों को लौटने लगे हैं। चंडीगढ़ के 43 बस स्टैंड पर शुक्रवार को खासी भीड़ देखने को मिली। वहीं, शहर के कई इलाकों की सड़कों पर भी सन्नाटा पसरने लगा है। पाकिस्तान की तरफ से पंजाब के कई इलाकों में बीती रात को ड्रोन अलर्ट का बड़ा असर देखने को मिल रहा है और चंडीगढ़ से मोहाली जिले के बड़े कॉलेज यूनिवर्सिटी के हॉस्टल में रह रहे ज्यादातर स्टूडेंट्स अपना बैग पैक कर अपने-अपने घरों की तरफ रुख कर रहे हैं।
बता दें कि पंजाब, हरियाणा और जम्मू एवं कश्मीर के बड़ी संख्या में छात्र चंडीगढ़ के आसपास के निजी शिक्षण संस्थानों में पढ़ाई करते हैं। हिमाचल प्रदेश से भी बड़ी संख्या में छात्र चंडीगढ़ के अलग-अलग संस्थानों पर पढ़ाई करते हैं, जो कि अब घर लौट रहे हैं। लांडरां रोड पर बने अलग-अलग कॉलेज यूनिवर्सिटी के स्टूडेंट्स हॉस्टल छोड़ गए हैं। ज्यादातर स्टूडेंट्स का कहना है कि परीक्षाएं पोस्टपोन कर दी गई हैं। हमें कहा गया है कि जो घर जाना चाहता है, वह जा सकता है। क्योंकि अब एग्जाम की अगली तारीख जल्द बताई जाएगी।
जमाखोरी पर रोक, शिकायत के लिए नंबर जारी
प्रशासन ने राशन सहित जरूरी चीजों को स्टोर करने पर रोक लगा दी है। चंडीगढ़ के डीसी निशांत यादव ने ये आदेश जारी किए हैं। ऐसे में कोई भी व्यक्ति, ट्रेडर, होलसेलर्स, रिटेलर्स किसी भी तरह की खाने की सामग्री का स्टॉक नहीं बना सकता। सभी को हिदायत दी गई है कि उनके पास जो स्टॉक है उसकी जानकारी डिपार्टमेंट ऑफ फूड एंड सप्लाई को दें। यदि कहीं पर महंगी फूड आइट्म्स बेची जा रही है, तो नागरिक इसकी शिकायत सेक्टर-17 स्थित कंज्यूमर्स अफेयर्स एंड लीगल मेट्रोलॉजी विभाग को दे सकता है। साथ ही 0172 2703956 पर शिकायत से सकते है। ये आदेश अभी से यानी 9 मई 2025 से लेकर 7 जुलाई 2025 तक जारी रहेंगे।
