प्रयाग भारत, बरेली: एरा कंस्ट्रक्शन एंड डवलपर्स कंपनी के निदेशक समेत पांच लोगों पर फर्जी दस्तावेज तैयार जमीन पर कब्जा करने का आरोप लगा है। एसएसपी के निर्देश पर थाना बारादरी पुलिस ने पांच लोगों के खिलाफ रिपोर्ट दर्ज कर ली है।
मोहल्ला घेर जाफर खां निवासी मोहम्मद दानिश के मुताबिक उनकी जमीन फाईक एन्क्लेव के पास स्थित कब्रिस्तान के पास है। कुछ दिन पहले मोहम्मद नकी कादरी जमीन पर पहुंचे और खुद को एरा कंस्ट्रक्शन एंड डवलपर्स कंपनी का साइट सुपरवाइजर बताते हुए जमीन पर अपना पत्थर लगाने लगे। मना करने पर कहा कि यह जमीन खरीद ली है।
इस पर उन्होंने रजिस्ट्रार कार्यालय से बैनामा निकलवाया तो पता चला कि 8 सितंबर 2020 को नकी कादरी ने जमीन को कंपनी के मालिकों बेच दी है। आरोप है कि उनकी जमीन के फर्जी दस्तावेज तैयार करके एरा कंस्ट्रक्शन कंपनी के निदेशक मसूद हसन खां, अरशद हसन खां, उस्मान हसन खां, ताजवर कुरैशी और मोहम्मद नकी कादरी ने बैनामा करा लिया।
कुछ दिन बाद जब वह जमीन पर गए तो पत्थर लगा मिला और हटाने पर आरोपियों ने जान से मारने की धमकी दी। आरोप है कि इससे पहले आरोपियों ने मारपीट कर उनका हाथ तोड़ दिया था।
