हल्द्वानी के लक्ष्मी टाकीज के समीप स्थित मिठाई की तीन दुकानों में पड़े छापे के दौरान भीतर का नजारा देख नगर आयुक्त ऋचा सिंह व खाद्य सुरक्षा विभाग के अधिकारी पैरों तले जमीन खिसक गई। वहां चूहों के खाए कच्चे समोसे ट्रे में सजे मिले और कॉक्रोज रसगुल्लों का स्वाद लेते दिखे। दुकानों में जगह जगह गंदगी का साम्राज्य नजर आया। इस पर खाद्य सुरक्षा विभाग ने तीनों दुकानों का लाइसेंस निरस्त करते हुए खाद्य पदार्थों की बिक्री पर तत्काल प्रभाव से रोक लगा दी।
नगर आयुक्त को शिकायत मिली थी कि जायसवाल स्वीट्स के पीछे की ओर गंदगी भरी पड़ी है। इस पर बुधवार को ऋचा सिंह, नगर निगम की टीम के साथ मौके पर पहुंची। वहां तीनों दुकानों की मिठाई, जलेबी, समोसे और भट्टियां फुटपाथ पर सजी मिली। नगर आयुक्त ने दुकानदारों को जमकर फटकार लगाई और उनका पांच-पांच हजार का चालान कटवाया।
बाहर से अतिक्रमण हटाने के बाद नगर आयुक्त ने मिठाई की दुकानों के भीतर पहुंची तो वहां का नजारा देख दंग रह गई। उन्होंने बताया कि ज्ञान चंद्र जायसवाल, हरीश चंद्र जायसवाल व भानु प्रताप जायसवाल की मिठाई की दुकान के भीतर जगह जगह गंदगी ही गंदगी थी। एक दुकान में चूहों के खाए हुए समोसे ट्रे में सजे मिले। जबकि एक दुकान में कढ़ाई में रखे सैकड़ों रसगुल्लों पर कॉक्रोज मंडरा रहे थे। इस पर नगर आयुक्त ने खाद्य सुरक्षा विभाग की टीम को मौके पर बुलाया।
सूचना मिलने पर वरिष्ठ खाद्य सुरक्षा अधिकारी अभय सिंह टीम के साथ मौके पर पहुंचे। वह भी दुकानों के भीतर गंदगी का साम्राज्य देख दंग रह गए। वहां मौजूद तेल और रिफाइंड भी गुणवत्ता के अनुरूप नहीं मिला। अभय सिंह ने बताया कि तीनों दुकानदारों का लाइसेंस निरस्त कर तत्काल प्रभाव से खाद्य सामग्री की बिक्री पर रोक लगा दी गई है। उन्होंने दुकानदारों को अपनी अपनी दुकानों में तत्काल साफ सफाई कराने के निर्देश दिए।
अपनी बनाई मिठाई खाने को राजी नहीं हुए दुकानदार
नगर आयुक्त ऋचा सिंह ने बताया कि रसगुल्लों के ऊपर कॉक्रोज नजर आने के बाद उन्होंने दुकान स्वामियों से कहा कि वह उनके सामने अपनी बनाई मिठाई खाकर दिखा दें। उन्होंने बताया कि कई बार कहने के बाद भी कोई भी दुकानदार अपनी बनाई मिठाई खाने को तैयार नहीं हुआ। नगर आयुक्त का कहना है कि इस बात में कोई शक नहीं है कि दुकानदार चूहे के खाए कच्चे समोसों को भी ऊपर से दबाकर तलने के बाद ग्राहक को परोस देते होंगे।
दुकान खोलने से पहले लेनी होगी नगर निगम से एनओसी
वरिष्ठ खाद्य सुरक्षा अधिकारी अभय सिंह का कहना है कि ज्ञान चंद्र जायसवाल, हरीश चंद्र जायसवाल व भानु प्रताप जायसवाल तब तक अपनी दुकानें नहीं खोल सकते जब तक उन्हें नगर निगम से अनापत्ति प्रमाण पत्र न मिल जाए। उन्होंने बताया कि उन्होंने तीनों दुकानों से रसगुल्ले और बूंदी के सैंपल जांच के लिए प्रयोगशाला भेजे हैं।
फुटपाथ हटवाकर कराई नालियों की सफाई
लक्ष्मी टाकीज के पास फुटपाथ से अतिक्रमण हटवाने के बाद नगर आयुक्त ऋचा सिंह ने नालियों की सफाई कराई। उन्होंने बताया कि मिठाई के विक्रेताओं ने नालियों के ऊपर पटाल रख दिए थे जिस कारण नालियों की सफाई नहीं हो रही थी। बताया कि अब पटाल हटवा दिए गए हैं।
पैरों से आलू धोते मिला था एक कर्मचारी
बाजार में बिकने वाले खाद्य पदार्थ दुकानों के काउंटर पर तो ग्राहकों को आकर्षित करते हैं लेकिन वह कैसे बनाए जाते हैं। इसकी बानगी पिछले दिनों यहां एमबी इंटर कालेज के समीप एक समोसे की दुकान में मिली थी। इस दुकान का एक वीडियो सोशल मीडिया में वायरल हुआ था जिसमें दुकान का कर्मचारी बड़े डेग में आलू को पैरों से धो रहा था। खाद्य सुरक्षा विभाग ने इस दुकान को भी पंद्रह दिन के लिए बंद करा दिया था।
