प्रयाग भारत, बलिया: उत्तर प्रदेश के बलिया जिले के सिकंदरपुर थाना क्षेत्र में जमीन के विवाद को लेकर दो पक्षों के बीच हुई मारपीट में चाचा-भतीजे की हत्या कर दी गई। पुलिस ने बृहस्पतिवार को बताया कि इस घटना में दो अन्य लोग घायल भी हुए हैं।
पुलिस अधीक्षक ओमवीर सिंह के मुताबिक, सिकंदरपुर थाना क्षेत्र के खरीद गांव में बुधवार रात जमीन के विवाद को लेकर रामजीत यादव और उसके बेटे निरंजन, नीरज, मनीष व कुछ अन्य व्यक्तियों ने दूसरे पक्ष के पंकज यादव (24) के घर में घुसकर वहां मौजूद लोगों पर हमला कर दिया।
सिंह के अनुसार, इस घटना में चार लोग घायल हो गए। उन्होंने बताया कि गंभीर रूप से घायल पंकज को जिला अस्पताल से वाराणसी के काशी हिंदू विश्वविद्यालय (बीएचयू) स्थित अस्पताल रेफर किया गया, लेकिन देर रात वहां ले जाते वक्त उसने रास्ते में ही तोड़ दिया। सिंह के मुताबिक, तीन अन्य घायलों को मऊ के अस्पताल में भर्ती कराया गया, जहां उनमें से पंकज के चाचा अनिल यादव (42) की भी इलाज के दौरान मौत हो गई।
सिंह ने बताया कि पुलिस इस मामले में कार्रवाई कर रही है और मौके पर एहतियातन अतिरिक्त पुलिस बल तैनात कर दिया गया है। उन्होंने बताया कि दोनों पक्षों के बीच कई वर्षों से जमीन को लेकर विवाद था और इस मामले में अदालत ने स्थगन आदेश भी दिया था। सिंह के अनुसार, विवाद को लेकर एक महीने पहले दोनों पक्षों के बीच झगड़ा हुआ था और दोनों ही तरफ से मुकदमा दर्ज कराया गया था।
