भारत में कोरोना के मामले एक बार फिर से लगातार बढ़ते जा रहें है। वहीं मुंबई से गोवा जा रहे कार्डेलिया क्रूज के 66 यात्री कोरोना पाजिटिव पाए गए हैं। इस मामले की जानकारी देते हुए गोवा के स्वास्थ्य मंत्री विश्वजीत राणे ने कहा कि सरकार तय करेगी कि यात्रियों को जहाज से उतरने दिया जाए या नहीं। साथ ही उन्होंने बताया कि राज्य में ओमिक्रोन के चार मामलों की पुष्टि हुई है।
बता दें कि सबसे पहले कार्डेलिया क्रूज चालक दल का एक सदस्य कोरोना संक्रमित हुआ था, जो जहाज पर 2,000 से अधिक लोगों के साथ गोवा के लिए मुंबई से रवाना हुआ था। क्रू मेंबर को जहाज में ही सबसे पहले आइसोलेट कर दिया गया और 1471 यात्रियों और 595 क्रू मेंबर्स का आरटी-पीसीआर टेस्ट किया गया। परीक्षणों में 66 लोगों की रिपोर्ट कोविड पाजिटिव आई है। जहाज वर्तमान में मोरमुगाओ पोर्ट क्रूज टर्मिनल, वास्को के पास रोक दिया गया है।किसी को भी जहाज पर चढ़ने और उतरने की अनुमति नहीं है
शिप एजेंट जेएम बक्सी गोविंद पर्नुलकर ने बताया कि , ‘हमें जहाज के डाक्टर से सुबह लगभग 9 बजे सूचना मिली कि चालक दल के एक सदस्य की कोरोना रिपोर्ट पाजिटिव आई है। जैसे ही हमें सूचना मिली, हमने सरकारी अधिकारियों को सूचित किया और जहाज को बाहर ही रोक दिया।’
