प्रयाग भारत, दमोह: जिले के नोहटा थाना क्षेत्र अंतर्गत बनवार चौकी के महादेव घाट पुल के पास मंगलवार दोपहर एक बोलेरो अनियंत्रित होकर पुल से नीचे गिर गई। हादसे में आठ लोगों की मौत हो गई और पांच लोग गंभीर रूप से घायल हो गए। घायलों की हालत गंभीर होने पर इलाज के लिए जबलपुर रेफर किया गया। मृतक जबलपुर जिले के पौड़ी व आसपास गांव के निवासी हैं। यह लोग बांदकपुर से दर्शन कर घर वापस जा रहे थे।
सूचना मिलने के बाद कलेक्टर सुधीर कोचर और एसपी श्रुत कीर्ति सोमवंशी घटना स्थल पहुंचे। उसके बाद जिला अस्पताल आकर घटना के बारे में जानकारी दी। मृतकों को शासन की ओर से मुआवजा राशि भी उपलब्ध कराई जाएगी।
मृतक के परिजन गोविंद सिंह ने बताया सभी लोग एक ही परिवार के सदस्य हैं। अलग-अलग चार पहिया वाहन से बांदकपुर दर्शन के लिए मंगलवार सुबह आए थे। यहां से दर्शन कर वापस गांव जा जा रहे थे। तभी बनवार के महादेव घाट पुल से एक बोलेरो नीचे गिर गई। वाहन में 13 लोग सवार थे, जिसमें 6 लोगों की मौके पर मौत हो गई और सात घायलों को इलाज के लिए जिला अस्पताल लाया गया। वहां दो घायलों ने भी दम तोड़ दिया और बाकी पांच घायलों की हालत गंभीर होने पर ग्रीन कारीडोर बनाकर जबलपुर रेफर किया गया। सभी लोग एक ही परिवार के सदस्य हैं।
मौके पर पहुंचे कलेक्टर, एसपी
सूचना मिलते ही कलेक्टर सुधीर कोचर और एसपी श्रुत कीर्ति सोमवंशी घटना स्थल पहुंचे और ग्रामीणों से घटना की जानकारी लेने के बाद वापस जिला अस्पताल रवाना हुए। कलेक्टर कोचर ने बताया महादेव घाट के पुल के मोड़ पर यह हादसा हुआ है। ग्रामीणों ने बताया बलेरो की रफ्तार अधिक थी, जिसे चालक नियंत्रित नहीं कर पाया। इस कारण बोलेरो नीचे जा गिरी। जानकारी लेने के बाद मृतकों को शासन की ओर से उचित मुआवजा राशि उपलब्ध कराई जाएगी। साथ ही पुल पर जो भी आवश्यक कार्य होंगे वह भी शुरू कराए जाएंगे।
