प्रयाग भारत, बरेली : 10 वर्ष पहले पत्नी को जहर देकर हत्या करने के मामले में जिला जज सुधीर कुमार ने थाना इज्जतनगर के ग्राम परतापुर चौधरी निवासी पति मो. रफी उर्फ गुड्डू को परीक्षण में दोषी पाते हुए 8 वर्ष सश्रम कारावास और 12 हजार रुपये जुर्माने की सजा सुनाई है। जुर्माने की पूरी रकम मृतका के माता-पिता को बतौर मुआवजा दी जाएगी। वहीं, सास, ससुर, फुफिया सास समेत चार आरोपियों को बरी कर दिया।
डीजीसी क्राइम रीतराम राजपूत के अनुसार इशाक मोहम्मद ने थाना इज्जतनगर में 13 दिसंबर 2014 को तहरीर देकर बताया था कि पुत्री रिजवाना की शादी मो. रफी के साथ एक वर्ष छह माह पूर्व की थी। करीब पांच लाख रुपये शादी में खर्च किए थे। इसके बाद भी ससुराली बेटी पर 50 हजार रुपये मायके से लाने का दबाव बनाते थे। मना करने पर पीटते थे। सुबह रिजवाना के फुफिया ससुर ने बताया कि उनकी बेटी बहुत बीमार है।
